Went to my week pool swim, with my extra pounds catching some looks. Feeling very heavy and struggling to walk a little today, love it.

creeping up on 500Last Saturday day of eating and a few good meals since have payed off just on 500 lbs now. Everything a bit bigger and softer than last week.

So full tonight, 6 meat pies, 2 litres of ice cream, 2 family size cheese cakes, 2 litres of chocolate milk with 600 ml of cream. My weight is going to explode.
It is Saturday, my eating day, been eating on a of all day, and just hit 226.7 kg or 500 lbs. Had a big breakfast of bacon and eggs on toast, the two big hamburgers, a huge plate of chicken and Chinese noodles, two litre of coke, 2 litre of ice cream, ……. Still eating.
