I think it might be hard having breasts, needing a bra, needing clothes with extra room in the chest, and not crossdress. Maternity clothes also fit much better to the men who have large bellies.

It's all genetics. I remember seeing a woman over 500 pounds with two nipples, and not much else. Perhaps a 50AA chest? Not much you can do, unless you want implants.
