Been eating lots this weekend, three big meals on Saturday, been eating all Sunday morning, more chicken and rice, cereal, toast, ice cream with yogurt cream and custard, chocolate bars, cakes and more….. so full….weight 547 lbs very pleased with myself.

Been sick with a cold and my adjustment to my thyroid medication has increased my metabolism while I have not been eating much or much for me. Lost 20 lbs in a few weeks which is rapid alot of water I am sure. Oh well see what happens.
