In a span of two weeks, the maryland area has gotten more snow than southeast texas has over the past 20 years combined. =]

Although, we've had 3 hurricanes over the past 6 years.

Heh, we haven't a foot of snow over the past two decades down here.

We had a tornado touch down about 20 minutes from where I live last night... Weird weather across the states lately.
