In a way, glad my mother's visit is over. Now I can finally go back to really eating properly.. Hope it won't be too hard to get back up to my previous 4K+ calories a day!

Really makes me wonder if that someone actually tried it.
Once I tried mixing in maltodextrin powder.. whether it's pure maltodextrin or is mostly it (like a lot of weight gain powders are)...
