5,000 is my minimum...my main goal is usually just to meet my minimum. Sometimes I surpass it by a lot, other times not so much lol.
I stuck to about 5,000 per day throughout April and it resulted in solid gains...if you're a feedee, how many calories do you aim for? If you're a feeder, how many calories do you think is sufficient (working in reality, not fantasy)?
Wow...you're putting my caloric intake to shame lol. I'm scared of how much bigger I'd be if I followed that diet.
I sorta gain and lose easily but I've been over 400 for maybe 2 months now so I think the weight has stuck.

depends on what a day is like for you already! But it never hurts to just have a jar of any kind of nut butter just hanging around for quick snacking/calorie catch up

That's an interesting approach but I don't typically have the time to go to a buffet during the work week. I'm looking for nice calorie dense snacks or treats that I can munch away on at my desk.
