So, I got fat.

It didn't happen on purpose, what's more, at first you don't really notice. Then time passes, you eat more, sometimes it's emotional eating because you experience crises and find comfort in fattening food, it's tasty and stimulating and not satisfying, so you take more. Then one morning you get dressed for work and find that your favorite shirt is stretching on your body and suddenly your button-down shirt no longer fits you, and then one day when you're alone you suddenly feel your thighs touching each other, and before you know it, there's nothing in the closet anymore that appropriate to you. Only then you begins to realise that you are no longer underweight and people who remember me from a young age, remember me really thin, and now those people compliment me that i look healthier. But there are always those who are less nice. And they try to send you to a gym, because your fatness seen by them as sign of laziness.

But you know what? I feel good. I no longer have protruding bones. Everything is hidden under a small layer of fat. And I'm fine with it. It doesn't bother me that the clothes I used to wear are already small on me. That's why there are clothes shops. It's not that I want to gain weight even more. I like my current weight. If I gain one or two more kilos so be it. I'm still the same person. Just now I’m taking up more space 😜
