Had a good long weekend, been eating a fair amount the last few days. Topped out at 572 lbs a new record. Will see if that settle to new permanent weight.

Working on some one pot meals that can batch up in bulk, so I can keep my belly full, I often do not eat at work and it does not help my gaining. Need to have bread and filling at work as well, so I can make lots of sandwich as to help my calorie intake.

Outgrow seating

Once your more than 220 kg you can't get a CT or MRI.

I go swimming but my swim shorts are getting to small. They are the biggest I can get. The dilemma of getting fatter.
