I just had a fantastic weekend 😁 I did try the cake mix shake/bloat and I think it worked a little too well 😅 we did a whole box of cake mix and roughly a 1/3 of a gallon of 2% milk just so it was smooth enough to be funneled. I did the first half of it and two hours later, the second half. 10 hours after the second half, I felt huge 😳 my belly was tight and round and it was making a fair bit of noise. I think it continued to expand for another 2-4 hours after that. I'll upload pictures of before and after soon.
