I agree! Peanut butter is a great gaining food. It has nearly the same calorie count as ice cream. I have peanut nearly everyday at breakfast with honey, sweet and plenty of calories!

anyone else had back issues from standing at 324lbs?
I have back pain standing for more than fifteen to thirty minutes. I'm 5'11" and weigh 230 lbs. I also have pain in my back, standing after sitting for any length of time.

I really envy you! I would love it, if my wife encouraged me to just gorge myself with huge, fattening breakfasts, lunches and dinners, not to mention snacking. Eat up and enjoy yourself!
