I would have had to join Facebook to post my comment re: that stupid article, so I'll post it here: A) Not all Midwestern people overeat B I prefer the guys who do. The guy I put the moves on yesterday morning and spent the evening texting weighed about 350. The skinny thing is so 1992.

5 "Healthy" Foods We Should Stop Eating, According To Anytime Fitness: Salad with fried chicken and a lot of ranch dressing; breakfast bars; fruit juice; 100-calorie packs of cookies and crackers; sugar-free anything. Whatever. I'm eating M & M's right now. LOL
