My last vist to the supermarket my walking has slowed alot, my thighs are not just rubbing but starting to roll on each other. Thus makes walking more difficult combined with a big belly apron. I was surprised at my reduced mobility.

My weekend with a buffet breakfast, I ate at it for 1 hr solid. Now back at my hotel room toping up with cakes and chocolate and milk drinks when stomach room appears.

I find recently that normal chairs with no arms still do not support me. The pressure under my lhigh becomes uncomfortable and side of the chair can dig in. So I am find now I use two chairs to be comfortable, so you can imagine the looks when realising I am covering the best part of two chairs

With being away company pays for my meals. I have to not over charge on that but it make it easy to buy a big meal. So with a buffet breakfast, restaurant on house plus ordering in for 12 days I am predicting being 510 plus on my next weighing.

Morning after a night of trying to eat 4 pizza and drink 4 litres of softdrink bely still quite full. Ps I ate 3 pizza and 2.6 litres .

Boy oh boy went to my hire car could barely get the seatbelt done up was a little tight yesterday, may need to get an extender if I can find one for this model.

Just flew to Sydney for work, first time at 500 lbs, you know the limiting factor will be isle width on the plane, hips rubbing on both chair either side. Still have some belly room seated and with two seats wide enough if the bum gets bigger I can get more leg room with premium x seats
Some belly room left in the kruger hire car no hip room left but can squash in a bit , so plane isle limit who would have guessed.
