Wouldn't it be closer to 2.5 lbs?
Whether you can keep that up for 7 days in a row is another matter, though. I'm not judging anyone who can't, but I think most can't.

Oh no... 36% of the weight is dairy fat. The rest is water, I think. But you are right in the sense that 100% of cream's calories is because of the fat.
