I would buy clothes in smaller sizes, you could wear now. This let you feel fatter without gaining. Thrift stores are the best for this.

I have say, I totally agree with your situation, I just the gain. The fact that my wife is obese just makes even more satisfying.

Quite a while ago I worked in a large office, with quite a few women. We hired younger women/girls out of high school. It was amazing to me how fast they started to put on weight!
