One week? you wont gain anything noticeable if you gain fat all.

It takes weeks before you start to notice any real weight gain.

Its Not that way for every one. I have been eating 6k-8k calories a day for the last 2 months . Going by that i should be way bigger then I am. Not every one gains that fast in fact most wont
