Had a routine doctor visit today...where i was told that i'm fat!

So so stuffed. This weekend was all about the food, and I feel like the proverbial Thanksgiving turkey. I'm in a food-induced fog. Will have to weigh myself tomorrow when I can move and see what damage was done...! Hope everyone had a good weekend.

I seem to have grown love handles without even noticing them until now! Every time I move my arms, they brush a flabby roll on either side. No sucking this in!

I think a good, well-rounded lunch should consist of a pack of double-stuff oreos and a hostess pudding pie. Not that I just did that. Just saying.

What a day! Attended a big family party, and everyone went into the pool. I was super nervous about going in--Nobody had seen me in a bathing suit since I put on all this weight! Definitely had some stares. Especially later, when we had our cookout and dessert, and I ate like a fat piggy.

I am so full of pizza and soda and cookies that I feel like I need to be rolled onto a couch...and then maybe keep drinking soda and eating cookies.
