they make cold strips for the forehead. You might also want to try dimming all lights get off your computer the screen just makes it worse try some caffeine and ibuprofen

I remember before all the charges to but I am not complaining about paying for my pizza after having enjoyed it on someone elses dime for years honestly it seems only fair

and ps it is not free to own this site so frankly if I were you I would either stfu until you do pay for it or leave no ones stopping you

Look I am not an admin..but..you are not paying to maintain this site for it's coding etc exactly why shouldn't the head admin get paid for what he does???
