Right that's why I recommend thinning it out with skim milk and then dunking it with food. That way you get the fat without straight cream hitting your stomach.

I recommend a pint of heavy cream mixed with a quart or Half Gallon of skim milk. Then dip cookies or brownies or donuts in most of it.
