trouble gaining weight
I have no tips sorry, but if that’s your genetics it may be hard to fight. My father and other sibling are skinny like 10 to 12 stone. So I just have fat gene’s.

I had three days of above average consumption and in that time I hit 522 lbs now two days later I am back to 511 lbs very disappointing result. Any one else find this frustrating?
