Me and my roomate just watched Dumplin' on Netflix.....

Loved it, loved it, LOVED IT!!! This was 10 times better than Queen Sized. The characters were great, the story was easy to follow and it had none of the klutzy fat girl cliches that plague so many other movies. Dumplin was portrayed as a human being and her weight did play a role, but it wasnt totally detrimental, especially with Maddie Baillio's equally awesome performance as Millie. Both "fat girls" were dressed normally and weren't portrayed as slobs.

They also went with the realistic ending of having the legit hottest girl win the thing so its not one of those cliche Disney stories. The ageless Jennifer Aniston was amazing and some of the serious dialogue made you FEEL, not just think. Best part of the movie is the bully taking a sucker punch to the gonads in my less than humble opinion.

Its definitely a chick flick but I definitely recommend it. Bravo!
