the higher your weight, the more you need to maintain. Most people plateau after a certain amount of weight.

@chbbystuff- think he might have a heart attack when he sees you at that size. He might need two hands to jiggle your belly at that point.

Depends on your diet and activity level. Eating late helps immensely also.
