how many steps a day do you walk in average?
This is why my gains are glacial in speed! My job is 8,000 to 18,000 steps a day depending on what happens that day.

Sorry it's blurry, but this is a belly full of Haggis, mash, veg, a family bag of Doritos, 4 yoghurts and 200ml of cream. Oh and a chocolate orange!

love stuffing, can’t stand eating noises
I quite agree people shouldn't be quiet on our account! In most restaurants the music is enough to hide the eating. Sadly the same can't be said in someone's home, which is when I struggle the most.

Thank you Ditzy, yes, she is very kind that way. I am positive that my recent gains may re-spark things...and if not, I'm very happy to be bigger.

I suffer with this too. It's called Misophonia and it sucks! I have to wear headphones when we are eating to mask as much of the noise as possible.
