slow progressIt's only a pound, but a little progress is still progress.
On the plus side though I've had to go up another belt notch so I can start using the belts I wore at my highest weight again.

I'd say it probably is more common among gainers. It's an aspect of feedism we can get into that isn't inherently sexualized.

back homeI've been home from the hospital for about 6 weeks.
Right out of the hospital I was down 40-ish pounds down to 320. It's starting to come back, I'm up to 343 this morning.

when to people start to use oxygen
I'd say most likely it's over 600 with healthy lungs. But if you've got lung issues already it's probably possible much sooner. Your weight would just compound the existing issues.
