Okay I’ve been trying to get to the bottom of this. I thought insulin *only* signaled cells to take up glucose, and that insulin itself did not have an effect on protein or fat uptake by cells?

My experience of cream is that half and half is waaay easier to digest. Like, I find that the same number of calories is easier to digest as half and half than as heavy cream.

I mean, same risk as any other inflation method I would imagine.
Shouldn’t even need to swallow—just hold your breath while the other person blows and it should end up in your stomach!

an observation / test about heavy cream
Personally, I find a pint of half and half tastes pretty good and sits pretty easy—just a couple minutes. It’s like half the calories, but it’s much easier. YMVV.
