an update a long time in the making
From about 225 in Nov 2019, to 245 a year ago, up to 270 now, for a total of 45 gained since covid started. Not as much as I wanted, but definitely on the right track!

Finally checked after around 2 months, turns out I've managed to put on 10 pounds w/o actively trying. Time to see if I can speed that up.
