When did your weight gain become impossible to hide?
Around 200-lbs. My weight was progressing and getting an ample belly. 230-lbs, I could no longer hide my fat. Around 245-lbs, starting to get a belly hang.

What was your point of no return?
After being in the 200's, I saw myself at the point of no return. Meaning, there's no returning into the "onederlands". I gotten down to 213-lbs., now I have regained twenty pounds and then some.
