In 2023 I suffered an injury to my spinal column. After surgery and years of physical therapy I manage the chronic pain through daily exercises to support the muscles around my spinal column. Yes, my spine randomly cracks like one does to their knuckles even if I'm sitting still. My bendability and lifting capabilities are limited. Honestly, I'm kinda tired of explaining it fifteen times a day so there ya' go.
