Chapter 2 - changes

Cody sunk into his divot in the couch with a sigh. He had been here so often recently that he found an indentation where he usually sat. Grace noted that this didn't seem to bother him, also noting (a little frustratedly) that his thick midsection was oh-so-temptingly stretching his t-shirt, leaving a nice inch and a half of his lower belly out for her to see. She wanted so badly to reach out and rub it, letting him know that she could tell how much of a pig he was becoming, how lazy and gluttonous he was as of late.

The first few months of Grace and Cody's relationship had been sort of experimental for Grace. She had noticed him on campus before, admiring from afar the way his ass moved when he walked or how much he always seemed to shamelessly pile onto his plate at the dining hall. Needless to say, she wasn't exactly a fan of the fact that he'd lost so much weight before he had asked her out. But she had seen potential. And she figured, he was cute enough, he seemed to be genuinely sweet and "boyfriend material." So she accepted.

Grace had been timid with how far she ventured with him at first. She thought that she had seen his inner glutton earlier in the year, but she just couldn't be sure that he'd want to be stuffed and fattened... So she had started out small, with just an extra portion slid his way here and there when he came over for dinner, purposely unfinished plates offered to him when they went out to eat, certain activities after a good meal... He seemed to enjoy it, but she didn't want to push it. So she limited his extra portions to every few weeks, and eventually she decided to just enjoy his company and what little pudge he still had.

But now they had been together close to five years, and in the majority of the last year Grace noticed that Cody had been a little more indulgent than usual. She wasn't pushing him more food, or even suggesting large portions and junk; he seemed to be more lax with what he ate, not really caring anymore about keeping the pounds off. Grace was starting to really enjoy the thrill of just observing him while he stuffed himself silly on McDonald's or at buffets. He would order enough for the both of them, but Grace never ate all that he ordered for her. He had started asking for her leftovers, greedily pulling them toward him when she'd nod her head. It turned Grace on to no end.

As exciting as it was to see her (now) sort-of-chubby boyfriend stuffing himself like she'd wanted since the beginning, she was left so confused... he had actively tried to be thinner for her, and had put himself on a sort of diet even after they'd moved in together! But gradually, in the last year, he'd been eating more and more and more.

"Cody, baby," Grace said sweetly, interrupting him mid-bite during lunch. He grunted a reply. "Did you not like your last diet?" Cody swallowed and looked to his girlfriend innocently.

"I don't really think diets are my thing." He said simply, then went right back to eating his burger.

Grace thought about this for a moment, considering actions she could take regarding this new development. She might be able to finally start really feeding him... No. Still too abrupt. She decided to just encourage him a little. Maybe even tease, ooh... She felt a tingle just thinking about it.

"So," she said as he finished his last bite. "Are you just going to be eating... whatever now?" She raised an eyebrow slightly, as if challenging him, eager to see how he'd respond. He seemed to think about this for a moment before looking back to her.

"I think no matter what I end up doing I'll still work out now and then," he concluded. "Gotta stay fit for my love." He smiled and pecked Grace on the cheek, heaving himself out of his chair and leaving the kitchen. But Grace knew better. He wouldn't be going to the gym anytime soon.
