chapter 3 • first week of classes

The first week of classes we went over the syllabus and introductions. Was I a little stressed out? Yes, yes I was, but this weekend I will take the time to organize my things and see if I can set aside a time where I can finish all of my work for the following week.

I have been eating more than i am used to for each meal, so my clothes always feel a little tight after each meal. The group has had dinner together every day so far, and I have had lunch with Julie everyday as well.

“Hey Emma, do you think I could borrow one of your dresses this weekend,” Julie asks me.
“Sure, what’s it for?”
“Oh, Nate asked me out on a date and he said to wear something cute, but I only have dresses for fancy places.”
“I have plenty of dresses you can look through.”

Julie looks though my dresses and chooses 3. One of them being one of the dresses that actually fits me considering how skinny I am. “That red one is my favorite, but it might be a little tight on you,” i end up telling Julie.
“Really? You are thinner than me, but it’s worth a try to put it on.”

She puts on the first two dresses which all look good on her. Then it comes time for her to try on the red dress. The dress has a nice flowy skirt, but when it comes to the waist the fabric is a little but stretchy and it has a faux corset look with kind of see through slits from the boning. The back zips up with the faux corset tie up.

Julie puts on the dress and tries to zip up the dress by herself. It zips up a little bit until she is clearly struggling. “It needs to zip up. I want to see how it’ll look!! It’s too cute of a dress.” I begin to help her zip it up. She sucks in her stomach as much as possible, and I am able to zip it up. She then breathes out and the zipper zips down. “One more time, but this time I’ll hold it in long so that you can tie the corset part okay?” I agree, and I manage to do it quickly. Julie is finally able to breathe again and the zipper stays up thanks to the corset part. “Oh my god!! This is way too tight! Why are you so skinny?” She walks up to the mirror and looks at herself. Her stomach pokes out under the corset part and some of her stomach is trying to spill though the corset but the mesh holds it in. She pokes her each of her rolls and the little pouch until she decides to take it off. She ends up going with my more flowy dress.

Saturday night comes, and Julie is out on her date when I suddenly get a text from Alex.

Alex: Can I come over?
Me: sure!!
Alex: Be there in 5
Me: Okie!!

I end up changing so that I can look cuter. I end up wearing mid rise shorts with a tight crop top. A little bit too much midriff showing so I end up switching to one of the t-shirts that sits right about the button of my shorts.

Alex shows up, and we begin to talk about how cute Julie and Nate look together. We decide to order some food to the dorm to watch one of the shows the two of us have decided to watch together. We decide to eat some pasta with salad and breadsticks. We watch the show as we wait for our food to arrive. Once it arrives, we pause the show and Alex gets the good from the front. I set up our small table and take out two cups for our drinks. As I wait for Alex to come back, I realize the little roll that forms on top of my shorts when I am sitting down. Have I gained weight already? I don’t want to gain weight. I swear I have been watching how much food Ieat and I don’t even eat breakfast. Although, I have been waiting just a little bit more than I normally do. Alex walks in with the food and I help him set it down and I begin to pour our drinks.

“How are classes so far?” I ask him.
“Good, although I already have a quiz next week on wednesday.” He tells me as he puts a mouthful of pasta in his mouth. “What about you?”
“We have a project we have to work on all semester in the same group with milestone checkups every other week. I feel like I’m going to have to do everything on my own but who knows.”

We continue talking until all of the containers are empty and we are halfway finished with the litter of soda we ordered. I let out a small burp and Alex chuckles a little. “You’re so cute” he mumbles to himself.

“What was that?” I ask him.
“Oh.. umm.. Nothing. You're just so cute.” He smiles at me, making me blush and look down.

As I look down, I see how my button is trying its best to stay buttoned, and my shirt has ridden up enough to expose the top of my belly that is pushing through. I gasp a little making Alex look at my stomach and laugh a little. “Hey!! Don’t look… it’s… it’s embarrassing” I say trying to hold back a small burp.

“It’s nothing to be embarrassed about. Just look at me.” He says as he lifts his baggy t-shirt exposing his small food baby and his pants unbuttoned. As I look, I begin to get as red as a tomato making him laugh out loud. He then sits next to me, and unbottens my shorts to make my food baby push out more. I get even more red. “You’re so cute,” he says putting his arm around my waist resting on my belly.

We continue to watch our show, as he pulls me closer to him and ends up putting me in between his legs and having my back rest against his chests. He places his arms around my stomach making me blush a little bit. I once again feel his stomach each time he breathes in and out. At this point, I begin to not pay attention to the show and to how Alex rubs my belly. His small rubs make the pain I was feeling from the food baby go away.

I get a text from Julie telling me to have Alex sleep in our door because she’ll be with Nate at his dorm. It seems Alex got the same text from Nate and we look at each other.

“I guess it’s just the two of us tonight huh?” Alex says.
“I guess so.”

Alex and I end up cuddling and falling asleep together on my bed.
