“I left a box of donuts on the table, if you want any.” The first words i heard as i stepped out of my bedroom door caused me to salivate immediately.

“Thanks!” Glee dripping from my voice as i thanked my roommate, quickly i made my way over to the kitchen island and snagged a custard-filled donut from the 12-pack. My frame barely fit in the stools that sat at our kitchen island, but i gave no care as i was enthralled in the city view once again. One of the biggest perks of living in a city apartment is the glorious view, loving i soaked it up daily. You wouldn’t get a view of the ocean, city, park and hills from anywhere else around!

I had only just woken up, my slightly-too-small pyjama pants clung to my curvaceous body while my shirt revealed a sliver of my plump gut. By this point i was comfortable walking around the house in clothing like this, my room mate wasn’t home much due to long hours at work anyway.

As i bit into the creamy, sweet mess, i caught him watching me. Observing how my greedy lips hungered for each bite, not savouring it but still enjoying the moment of gluttony thoroughly. His arms were crossed as he leant against the doorframe, supposedly leaving for work.

“Working late tonight?” I managed to mumble through a decadent bite. He lowered his eyes, i pulled my shirt down slightly to cover my plump muffin top out of slight insecurity. A chuckle left my lips as i finished the last bite. His mouth was slightly agape, i was battered with confusion as i gained clarity out of my sugary-focused state - it was freezing. Goosebumps immediately ran across my entire body.

“I’ve never seen you eat like that.”
My goosebumps creeped even further up my body, “What?”

He stepped closer, objectively my room mate was handsome by society standards and perhaps most women may seek to develop a more… intimate relationship with someone like him - never would i try. Our relationship has never been like that, the feeling vibrating from him wasn’t romance. It wasn’t exactly lust, it felt like… hunger.

“The way you devoured that donut. Licking the sugar from your fingers, your eyes rolling back with every bite. I’ve never seen that.”

A nervous laugh left my lips. “I guess i just like to enjoy my food.”

“Could you do it again?” His eyes pleading, no longer was he lingering by the door but rather merely steps away from me.
