In the heart of Long Island, nestled amongst towering oak trees and sprawling green lawns, stood an enormous Victorian mansion. The residence belonged to Cedric Bateman, a wealthy businessman with a penchant for hedonistic pleasures. His home was adorned with lavish furnishings and artwork, reflecting his extravagant tastes.

One day, while browsing through the personal advertisements in a local newspaper, Cedric's eyes locked onto one particular posting: "Are you tired of dating skinny women? Looking for something more substantial?" The author was none other than Tatiana, a young Russian woman living in New York City.

Intrigued by the advertisement, Cedric decided to pay Tatiana a visit at her modest apartment near Times Square.
