Why do you continuously lead me on, only to ghost and disappear?

And then to return a few days later, only to do the same.

We hit it off so well, instant chemistry. We seem to be the perfect match, I know I am the feedee you have always longed for. I think you do too, yet you always find an excuse to run.

I know your recent divorce was difficult on you. You say you're needy and take up a giant emotional space, that you're too possessive and intense.

We both love animals and nature. Long hikes in the woods or forest. I love getting lost in your world of inquisitive thoughts, words, and feelings. The future plans we made, picking you up after work, going on a hike, cuddling each other on the bench by the lake, a gut stuffing picnic, and waddling back home after, I guess just remain dreams or fantasies.
