Chapter 2 - preparations

On the next morning he got his wakeup call by another small shock to his balls. 'Wacky wacky!' her voice told him. 'It's time to start your treatment!' The door opened and 2 asian women approached him and took him at his hands. They lead him into a big bathroom with a real huge bathtube, more a whirlpool with a seat at one side. Without any words they ushered him to seat down in the warm water and then they cuffed his arms and feet to the handrail leading into the pool. He was so weak because of whatever they gave him last day, he couldn't resist at all when one of them came with a big rubber ring. She opened his mouth and pressed the ring into it so he couldn't close it at all any more. Then Celia came into the room, dressed in a very short bikini, looking like a plus size supermodel.' Lily and Jenny' she nodded at the two asian woman ' will now start your treatment! They have instructed by me and will do as I told them, and this every day from now until I think you're ready for the next step!' With these words she left the room.
His eyes went wide when he saw one of the women shifting a cart into view, on which he could see a funnel and a big graduated jug! The other woman sat behind him, clamping his head between her legs and putting the funnel into his mouth. Then Lily (he decided that this was Lily) started pouring sugary water into the funnel. His stomach stretched and stretched until the pain and the fullness of his body made him vomit again. Lily took a look at the Jug, took down a note on the board and started to fill him up again! This time she stopped short before the point where he was puking last time. His stomach hurting again, he was left by himself and again his thoughts started to drift away. "Damn, there must be drugs in that water too" was his last thought.
About two hours (or days??) later the couple came back and repeated the procedure. Again Lily tooke a note and again they left him with his painfully filled belly and the much to light head.
Around lunchtime they again came back but this time he got filled with a thick and creamy shake instead of water. It was pure weight gain shake made with a lot of cream, sugar and surely a lot of that whatever WG powder they mixed into it. This time he felt even more filled then with the water before, but couldn't do anything against it. Shortly after the drugs released the pain a little bit, he drifted asleep again.
Later on afternoon the procedure was repeated again and again until late evening, when they both helped him out of the pool and into his room, not on his feet, but in a wheelchair. There he got another belly full of shake and dozed off a little time later.
This boring and painfull treatment continued for one whole week, with him fearfully realizing the rapidly growing amount of water/shake both of them could fill into him before his body reacted with vomiting all out again.
At the end of that week Celia was coming into the bathroom again and when she saw the amount of shake filled into his body at lunchtime she smiled and said: ' Very nice done Ladies, you know you will get your reward soon'. Then she looked at his distended belly full of shake and gave it a sqeeze. 'Yes, I think tomorrow we start with step TWO. That will be hard for you because my client has very special wishes this time. So I can't simply feed you up like this more and more, I must keep you able to walk too!' With that words she left and Lily and Jenny continued their treatment until the late evening. But when they helped him into his bed this time, both of them where sqeezing his belly and even gently stroking his cook. He felt a little aroused, but soon the typical medicaments took their toll and he fell asleep again
