Chapter 1

“2409,” Penny muttered under her breath, her mind foggy from jet lag. The combination, texted to her that morning, miraculously remained in her memory long enough to key into the smart lock. Her flowy top clung to her torso, damp with sweat. Yuck. The lock whirred discreetly, the icon turned green, and she was in.

Dark grey tiles stretched across the floor, complemented by sleek bamboo kitchen surfaces and a massive refrigerator with an ice dispenser. A flatscreen TV dominated one wall of the living room, while tasteful contemporary artwork adorned the others. The spacious teak terrace overlooked the Chao Phraya river. On her way through the lobby, Penny had noticed signs for the outdoor pool and air-conditioned gym—amenities she had no intention of using. Quite the opposite.

Penny had recently quit her job as a project manager at a mid-sized software company, withdrawn several thousand from her investment account, and booked a one-way ticket to Bangkok. She was taking up residence in an elite condo in a city where she knew nobody and nobody knew her.

After a quick tour of her new home, she flung open her suitcase and selected an outfit. Mindful of local sensitivities, she’d packed plenty of long, flowy skirts and modest tops. But today she wasn’t going out. She chose a brick-red tank top and black leggings.
The shower felt like blissful relief after the long flight. Refreshed, she toweled herself dry, then let the towel drop to inspect her reflection in the large mirror above the black marble counter.

Standing tall at 170cm (5’7”) and weighing 60kg (132 pounds), she was stunning. The past six months of intensified gym work had transformed her naturally lean figure into something fit and muscular. Her shoulders had an elegant roundness without an ounce of softening fat. You could trace the muscles along her ballet-dancer arms as she lifted her hands overhead and twirled. Her body was flexible, light, powerful. Her waist was more cinched than ever, with spot lamps casting delicate shadows across her six-pack abs. Her hips curved outward in a perfect hourglass, leading to her crowning achievement: juicy, inverted heart-shaped buttocks.

She smiled as she watched her body twist and flex to her command. She was in control; she had achieved perfection. Then her gaze shifted to meet her own eyes, and she was taken aback by the devilish spark that shone back at her. She had the perfect body—and she had come here to ruin it.

Penny was about to pack on 40 soft, wobbly, unbridled kilograms of flab. She would not leave until she broke 100kg.
