chapter 1 - the contract

Clark was the manager of an internet marketing company. He ran a small team of guys who enjoyed laughing and joking with each other whilst providing a very high level of service.

Clark's team consisted of Sam a tall blond lad with piercing blue eyes.
Dave a brown haired scottish guy with a little extra weight around the middle
Ryan, the youngest of the group, he was small and lean with light hair and very clear skin
Max a short dark haired, health conscious guy who was always a little behind the others when it came to joking.
And finally Jez, the new guy who was very muscular with red hair and very fair skin.

Clark called all the staff into a meeting at the beginning of Monday Morning.

"Hi Team" Clark began in a cheery voice "I know its early and it's Monday Morning but I have a few announcements for you all.
1st we'd like to welcome Jez to the team. Jez will be working at the end desk and I hope you will all make him feel extremely welcome.
2nd the new security cameras are now in place. You may notice there is one about each cubicle. I am not spying on you, it is for your own protection after a member of staff in a different floor had a medical emergency in his cubicle and no-one knew he was ill for quite a while.
3rd, we have been meeting with different companies for the office snacks contract and we are pleased to announce that "Big Boys Doughnuts" will be providing our snacks from now on. They have a range of different flavours for you all to try and they will be delivering doughnuts fresh every morning to us. Any left at the end of the day can be taken home or they will be binned. On the back tables there is a platter to have with your morning coffee to get you started.
We greatly look forward to working with Big Boy Doughnuts and Ryan I think they are also coming on as clients and you will be responsible for their account. They are also very kindly offering us free doughnuts in their new store down the road. Just show your employee badge at the till,
Have a great day team and enjoy the doughnuts"
Clark then walks to his office and shut the door.

Ryan walks over to Max, they are close friends.
"Can you believe it Max. Free doughnuts every day, I'm so excited." Ryan skips over to the table and looks at all the sweet looking doughnuts. One name catches his eye the Big Boy Bad Boy; so he grabs 3 of these and heads back to his desk.
Max looks unsure but decides to try one Slobby Tommy. Sam selects the Pretty Piggy doughnuts which have a pig face piped on top. Dave chooses Blueberry Burst and Jez gets the Jock Stock.

The staff then return to their desks and get to work. Clark sits in his office and accesses the CCTV system. He makes a note of what doughnuts each staff member has chosen. He then dials the phone.
"Hi it's me. Yes they were thrilled with the Doughnuts. Yes they have all chosen different flavours. I'm looking forward to seeing the results as well. Yep, I'll send you the recordings weekly. Ok, speak soon. Ok Goodbye."
Clark hangs up and watches the screens.
"Lets see the transformations begin." Clark mumbles to himself with a wry grin across his face.
