"Yes Bill, you had a panic attack...for some reason everything spiked and you simple crashed." She stood and walked over to him, standing between his knees as he perched on the front edge examination table. He could feel the cold vinyl against his naked rear end, the hospital gown barely covering his fat body, despite being the biggest the hospital had available. Stretched to its limits almost but not quite covered his front, its laces on the backside so far apart they were impossible for the nurse to tie.

He was cold and wasn't quite sure if his quivering was from that or embarrassment.

His doctor looked him in the eyes, pressing a finger into his belly, sternly scolded "You need to take some serious time off, remove or abandon and unload whatever is causing you such stress. Most importantly you really need to lose this...it can't be good for you. Now slip off your gown, I want to take one last look at you before I'm comfortable in authorizing your release."

Obeying, he managed to get his arms out of the thin cotton wrap, letting it fall into his lap, feeling covering his thighs. He blushed furiously, embarrassed at his fatness despite having known the woman for as long as he could remember. Still she was definitely a female, once easy to ignore, but now was different. He was most definitely and obviously grossly fat. A physique traditionally disgusting and socially unacceptable.

It was embarrassingly painful as she went through the drill with her stethoscope, listening to his heart, his lungs...the cool metal disc everywhere she touched sending little tingles through the thick layer of fat he had coated himself with.

"Good, good...yes, all good. Your heart is strong and is making all the right sounds." She removed the earpieces from her ears and let it close around her neck, the tube and round pickup hanging down her front. He hadn't before realized how busty she was and swallowed uncomfortably...not time to think about that he chided himself.

"OK, next. We didn't do x-rays so I want to check your abdomen...maybe there is something obvious we missed."

"Like a pregnancy?" he joked.

"While you certainly look it, and with triplets, that's not funny. Now lean back and relax. This may hurt a little because I have to work through all your subcutaneous fat."

That little thrill surged through him again and he felt his groin pulse, hoping she wouldn't notice. The cold vinyl sent a shudder through him as he reclined with a grunt, his belly rising almost mountain-like above him. He felt the gown start to slip off his thighs and before he could catch it, to his embarrassment felt it slide off his knees and onto the floor.

He felt like a hog on the butcher block, entirely naked and completely nude and again oddly aroused. Resigning himself to the situation he closed his eyes and tried to relax.

Her fingers were at first gentle then the pressure increased as she moved over his huge soft abdomen. Pressing into the area around his stomach just below his breasts, he felt sharp points of barely bearable discomfort an inch or two apart as she worked around and over the curving expanse of his belly.

"I'm sorry if this hurts, but down here," he felt her fingers pressing deeply into the soft underbelly fat below his navel "your fat is the thickest and softest. Please bear with me..." her fingers moved again and again torturing him exquisitely, "but so far everything feels normal. No unusual swellings or lumps."

He felt his groin pulse again and he knew he was becoming erect. He tried everything he could think of to make it stop...think sharp needles, imagine pointy scissors, burning fingers but nothing seemed to help.
