chapter 3

"OK, good. Sorry if I hurt you. I felt nothing out of the ordinary except your alarming obesity. You are the biggest man I've ever had to examine and the size of your...ahem...abdomen is a little difficult to work around." She rested a hand on the highest point of his belly as she consulted her notes. It was a delicious warm pressure that he concentrated on, willing his erection to subside. Instead it just made it worse.

"Last I need to check your breasts. As men fatten they can acquire the same proclivity women develop for breast tumors. With that I'm almost done." And then he felt her move her hands from his belly to his breasts, first cupping gently as if she was feeling their size then more aggressive... probing, squeezing, flattening them against his chest wall, pressing into his softness so hard that tears came to his eyes. He gasped, wincing.

"god..."

"I& apos;m sorry, but that was necessary" she said apologetically " it was either that or send you in for a mammogram which you definitely wouldn't like. I'm all done, go ahead and sit up."

He struggled for awhile, finding himself unable to sit...all his abdominal muscles had gone slack under her deep tissue exploration and he cursed under his breath. "I can't..." he said with a gasp, "this is so embarrassing."

"It's Ok" she said "I forgot that might happen" and reaching around him, helped him back to a sitting position.

Regaining a vertical position he had to spread his thighs to make room for his relaxed abdomen, soft and flowing yet retaining it's almost perfect pear shaped roundness. He blushed hotly as he felt his belly flow between them and nodded thankfully as she helped him slip on his gown covering his obese nakedness. Regaining presence his breathing slowing, despite his pulse continuing to race, his skin still pleasurably burning from where her fingers had pressed into him.

"OK, that's it, you're good to go." She smiled, "One more thing...I couldn't help but notice your arousal as I was examining you, don't worry...that's normal too. Unfortunately that's one of the unwanted positives about becoming as obese as you have become, especially in the lower abdomen. Fatness in itself is extremely erotic, the pressure on your reproductive organs when you are overly full is intensely pleausrable and in some instances the entire abdomen becomes an erogenous zone. As a result obesity like yours can be habit forming and become a sole focus. And while harmless, the pleasure it gives makes it extremely difficult to lose the thing that gives so much pleasure."

She walked over to the counter next to him and made some last notes. "That's it...except for that belly you have a clean bill of health."

She looked at him and smiled, slipping her pen into her white jacket pocket. "Doctor's orders are to take a month off. I'm serious. Find somewhere warm and relaxing, someplace quiet and peaceful to get your mind off reality... and lose some weight. Your clothes are in the next room. So be good and let's see you in a year or so."

A little dazed but hugely relieved he waited until she left the room before sliding off the table, both his gown and his psyche flapping loose around him as he reclaimed his clothing.

Guess it's time for a serious change he thought to himself as he struggled into his too tight clothing. The acquisition papers for the transfer of his business to the new owners just needed signing, clean up a few loose odds and ends and then do what? He was now wealthy beyond imagining and nothing to do. So how about finding that warm relaxing spot she recommended and enjoy life for once. Find someplace quiet and exclusive, a place to soak in the sun, be babied and pampered and perhaps work on losing this gut...

No, definitely not that.
