I am not to sure - the am sure others here can give you a good reasoning.

But, from my experience, while drinking and afterward every day I felt bloated and stuffed but that time I was also eating as many as 7k calories a day. I didn’t notice my weight on the scale going up or even feeling that much fatter but then even after I cycled off is when I noticed the biggest changes. My hips, ass & thighs have never really showed weight in those areas all of a sudden I couldn’t get my ass and hips in my boxers and my lower belly started getting softer in which I have a ball belly - bit all of a sudden I had a hang yet my upper belly was still a big ball. I stepped on the scale and realized I kept gaining in decent chunks even when off the heavy cream - like in one week I remember gaining 8 lbs. and o thought it would go away like the time of day I weighed myself - bit then I realized the next couple days I weighed even more.

Describe the difference and satisfaction of each. It seems like you don't really have a type from an aesthetic standpoint and fall for the person - which is admirable.

Yes - it does - those pounds pack on very quick with the re-gains!

Several years back while I was intentionally gaining after I had an accidental gain initially - I picked on close to 60 lbs. in around 6 months.

I wear my pants well below my gut - but I was a 34” starting and had one pair of 40” that fit but my 38” were very snug. That being said these were worn on my hips well below my gut sticking out and measuring at 52-53” being stuffed & bloated all the time.

You probably over did it for your system - try less qty. per day.

Also, you may have introduced it too quick for your system to get adjusted to it.

Agree 100% the delayed gains are the craziest and most exciting - not to mention a little scary even after you stop.

Stopping for a couple weeks and realizing you can’t even fit into some shorts anymore hips, ass and can’t even come close to closing them around your waist because of the inches that just showed up on your waistline in 2 weeks without even consuming anymore.

My wife used to say a long time ago to me and even her friends the only reason she works out all the time is so she can eat the way she likes.

She happens to love ice cream and snacks - she even sacrifices great entrees only finishing half when we would go out to dinner just so she can have a desert and sometimes two.

She literally will come home from the gym - plop down on the couch and blow through a pint of Ben n Jerry’s.

The best is when her appetite gets bigger and she starts finishing entrees along with appetizers first because she would never sacrifice her deserts afterwards. During this time she starts to start packing on the pounds. It is really the sexiest thing on earth during this time when I see her start backing out of her workouts and then not working out at all - her figure starts to explode with weight gain and I am in heaven - until she can’t fit into any of her clothes and tries to control her appetite again. Pretty much my heaven in earth!
