Check out authentic Mexican cooking! Lard is used quite a bit.

It sounds like ice cream may be a problem if you have sensitive teeth.
I would recommend puddings, yogurts, not the "lite" variety, but the regular. Peanut butter and Nutella are high calorie and quite tasty.
For less sweet, mashed potatoes are a good choice, especially with lots of butter, ranch dressing or heavy gravies.

I have a 48" firm, round belly which of course is visceral fat. I don't know why I have only visceral fat and not "sub", though genetics does play a roll, good luck.

I too wear "Speedo" bathing suits, usually at hotel pools later in the evening with fewer other guests around.
I do like to stick out my belly at grocery stores, while I'm shopping, just fun.

The perfect solution/answer to boredom, EAT! When I was an adolescent/teenager, eating was my main out let of boredom. This of course was many, many years ago; no internet, only a few channels on television, no cell phones, but there was the kitchen!

I have always thought that going on cruise ships was the best way to gain weight. I have seen articles that state the average person gains seven pounds a week on a cruise. I haven't considered an all inclusive resort, I'll have to think about going to one someday.

What do you pad with? Have you gone out in public padded? Just curious, I have posted some of my padded photos on this forum as well.
I am also a casual gainer, so padding isn't as important or necessary as it once was to me.

I have noticed how fat I am when seeing photos taken by others in group settings. Seeing how big my belly is now is startling.
