I had very similar lurking feelings for a long time. Clues here and there, like envy over the appearance of those I was attracted to, severe body image issues, always hating my name but not knowing why and like the occasional fantasy here and there about becoming a girl. When I did get curious about trans media it really caught my eye as fascinating.
It can be fucking hard though, I don’t fit in neatly into any box and honestly kind of like being on a certain measure of the sliding scale of femininity instead of wanting to be a 1 to 1 biological female if I had my way. Like I want my appearance to be super feminine but like tomboyish mannerisms and no interest in bottom surgery. It’s complicated, what finally made me understand is that people often say just to try a name and see how it feels and after a night where everything seemed to be collapsing around me I just said “Cici” out loud and everything suddenly made sense.
Just like for the love of god don’t do what I did and break a girls heart in the process after spending far too long trying to convince myself I wasn’t trans.

Honestly the question itself feels kind of disgusting.

Disgusting how?
The question struck me more like the OP was gauging if a subject's disability combined with their obesity somehow enhanced their attractiveness.
I find female obesity attractive despite being well aware it typically doesn't coincide with optimal health.
Obesity is considered a disease which requires treatment by the medical community, therefore a fat admirer is looking positively on something the medical community sees as a problem.
For example, an acquaintance of mine gained well over 100 lbs during the pandemic. With a weight close to 400, she now lacks energy and developed sleep apnea, requiring a CPAP. Her lifestyle is very sedentary and I'd consider her partially disabled. This in no way makes me view her as any less attractive.
I meant this way if viewing disabled people. Disabled people are each their own individual person and the phrasing of the question felt kind of like dehumanizing. Was absolutely not referring to disabled people with my response.

From my understanding from listening to a video of someone talking frankly about their onlyfans career and whatnot, even a subscription service which is more stable is incredibly volitile like + or - 50% pulling in like 5 grand a month from a couple thousand followers. That would be analogous to I would suspect be some of the major characters in our scene.
Something really important if you want to consider how the work is what someone is willing to do. Pictures, videos, personalized requests, in person meeting, going closer or further from your comfort zone to appease a request. I can say from personal reference with twitch this stuff can also be more work time than a 9-5 even especially when you are trying to grow your influence. Not to mention in our specific niche if you are inclined to absolutely balloon like mochii babii for example you can pull a pretty sizable crowd but that is very physically intense. Early to well established you also have to balance it with working a regular job (or managing earnings). Residual earnings also have a massive falloff and relevancy is lost quickly with inactivity.
That concludes my essay on why I gave up my second full time job of streaming.

StoryEnjoyer:
I am overwhelmingly curious, is the weight gain caused by these meds more related to appetite increases? The way people are talking about them here you would think the medication makes you fatter on its own.
There is for sure some metabolic fuckery going on. I have abnormal body chemistry but I was on zyprexa (olanzapine) for a while and gained like 20 pounds in 2 months with little to no actual change in amount I ate. Given I’m on half a dozen other meds but it in particular messed with my body a bit.

I’m not into gaining myself but Zyprexa made me gain like 20 fucking pounds in the 2 months I was on it. I could imagine that being a ton of fun for some.

It’s worth considering that you needn’t try and fit yourself neatly in a box. Gender identity and being cis or not isn’t a simple yes or no. Also forgive me for reading into it too far if I am but the sentiment feels quite familiar; if your wondering if you could be trans or something of the like but don’t experience dysphoria or discomfort, not every trans person does.
Alternatively speaking, fuck gender norms, do what makes you happy.
Munchies:
Being trans is more than just swapping to the other side. You have genderfluid, demi-gender, bi-gender, and non-binary people. And from there you have scores of different flavors of gender expression.
That is a very important point that I did not express.

3 things in regards to how stories search.
-you can't input a page amount manually. Like typing in page 112, you have to instead manually tab page by page or type into the url but that's janky as all hell. Could do with a text box to type in the desired page
-search by length or word count. I really enjoy the long slow burn stories so sorting by chapters or word count would be a useful tool, presumably a not uncommon desire.
-a random option? Sort of in line with the search by page option, a lot of the older or just old but not back page level stories are both difficult to access and don't get a lot of love. That aside being able to just dice roll the huge story catalogue, a surprise me option persay would be a nice and presumably not difficult to add option as I would think the other two are.

First off munchies is fucking hilarious (and correct) but I was interested in the small note about sf sodas softening up the aforementioned boyfriend. There are a million studies on it without a clear consensus but quite a few (especially the non industry funded tests) point towards stuff like aspartame actually causing weight gain specifically. Some of the tests on rats that it caused wg on seemed fairly conclusive. Here is the article I referenced to refresh my memory

That aside I've personally found sparkling water to be a good way to sate soda cravings.
