When I was 1* and around 300 I met my first feeder who regularly spoiled me, I gained 94 pounds in a year and two months. I had the angriest red/purple stretch marks around my shoulders and belly. I spent most of my time in my slightly caved in spot on the couch, practically watching my belly take over more and more of my thighs, which were also plastered together, and thicker than most girl's waist. I remember it becoming harder and harder to drag my girth out of that divet in the couch, belly hanging low and trying to keep me anchored there.
I was drinking heavy cream and ice cream milk shakes, with coconut cream from a can that came in at a whopping 150 calories per table spoon. After those shakes I swear I could almost feel myself getting fatter trying to process all of that fat
Yeah. It's happens with heavy cream. You experiencing this delayed weight gain, which after a week of eating heavy cream continue to effect your increasing weight.

It's doable. For how long...I guess it get easier as you keep doing it.
Did the body can adjust to such amount of calories, how can you do it on regular basis, I mean it's must be very hard in the beginning.

Did not watch Netflix recently, but the last show was Narcos, and before that Shtisel, which was fine.

Back when I used heavy cream I would just drink a glass full before going to bed.
After a week and a half I felt places on my body where my clothes were getting tighter.
Under the arms and the inside of my thighs.
I stayed on that regiment for almost a month and I had become softer and I could feel my butt cheeks jiggle as I walked.
I had been gaining for sometime and the heavy cream did a number on me adding fat in different places it hadn't been before.
I am gonna try it for a month!

Rapid weight gain for extended periods started to feel uncomfortable. Gaining 20, 40, or 60 pounds within a matter of months is a significant amount of weight that you're now stuck with, lugging it around 24/7. I would experience some aches and pains, and some knee, foot, and ankle discomfort. My body eventually adjusted to the weight, and now I feel fine. Just keep in mind that too much weight gain, too quickly, and for too long will put a strain on you until your body gets used to it.
Oops! I missed the second question. When I gained weight while on Prednisone, my belly felt quite heavy. When washing dishes or bending over for prolonged periods of time, I could feel the strain in my lower back. Yes, my belly was constantly pushed out. Due to all the visceral fat, the skin on my belly felt tight. I also noticed that it was more difficult for me to bend at the waist while sitting down.
Having all that weight protruding forward from my belly made it very difficult to tie my shoes. It was very common for me to be out of breathe by the time I got the job done.
Since weaning off the prednisone, I have lost quite a bit of weight, and regained a little bit of it. It looks like I have lost much of the visceral fat. My belly does not protrude like it used to, and it feels very soft and jiggly, with a belly apron starting to develop.
Thanks for sharing. It's really good advice. I am gaining weight very slow, would love to get softer belly with a belly apron. Much more sexy then gaining with visceral fat.

Are there any records of long term experiences with heavy cream?
It seems like everyone who sets out on a journey of long term heavy cream consumption mysteriously never report back. Those who do report back at all seem to have done it for a week, maybe two, and then stop.
Has anyone been able to commit? What was your experience?
Zora:
I have done this on multiple occasions, but my records are not in one place. I tend to just put my weight gain updates in the most recent Gaining thread that is relevant.
I'm a hard gainer, and heavy whipping cream has been the only thing that worked for me. I was not able to consistently gain weight any other way.
I gained weight in 4-week cycles, with a one-week break in between. I drank about 300 ml per sitting, spaced out at least 2 hours apart. I typically did this 5 times per day.
Assuming I did not hit any plateaus during a gaining cycle, I would typically gain about 22 pounds over 4 weeks. The rate of weight gain was quite consistent from one gaining cycle to the next.
Lately, I've been growing intolerant of heavy whipping cream. It's probably due to a change in the hormones I'm taking. The taste, smell, and texture is grossing me out.
I plan to start another gaining cycle next week Friday. I'll drink a 50:50 mix of heavy whipping cream and half & half. I hope this combination will be easier for me to drink. I won't be able to consume as much heavy whipping cream as before, but my dairy fat consumption should still be equivalent to drinking about 1 liter of heavy whipping cream per day.
I have never experienced a delayed effect while consuming heavy cream. Once I start drinking heavy cream, my weight immediately starts increasing. The weight gain stops when I stop drinking the heavy cream.
It's seems that gaining weight should mixed a variety of things, and not just the heavy cream, although it did a main factor and addition to the weight.

First, she will have to force herself to become less active, use the elevator s instead of the stairs, seat more and take transportation instead of walking anywhere. Secondly, she need to enlarge the portions of food she eat.
Once she start to eat more it will take time to gain, but in time she will slow her metabolism.

okay thanks!! so a minimum of 250 ml and a maximum of 1 liter?
Sounds fine, just do not take it in one sitting, you don't want to vomit.

Firstly, you are not alone. Secondly, I can share only my experience: I was slim and thin and most of my friends and family knows me as thin. After I got my current job, there was this woman that make a lot of food in the Job's kitchen and made sure everybody is eating and getting their meal. I always wanted to gain weight, so thanks to her I was fattening up pretty fast. No one could missed the changes that were happening to me, while in the job everyone was pleased with that because everybody was gaining weight, friends and family started to mocking me and pressed me to lose the weight I gained. But once I decided no one could effect me. I just was eating more even in front of the friends. Until it became a fact, and no one is telling me something about the newly weight I gained. So it's up to you, either to listen to them or let them understand you like it this way.
