I agree...you should only masturbate if you're so full that you can't suck in or have trouble breathing. Only do it then and you will associate the pleasure with the other feeling. Any other highly pleasurable things, too- always wait until you're stuffed, and then reward yourself. Do this for a few months religiously and you'll have a strong association.

Those are tricky and can be very dangerous if inserted improperly. I'm thinking it could be simpler to train yourself to "sword-swallow" until you can stick a hose down your throat with ease.

I tried one of those portable bottles, but found that they did not work very well for me. I do not want to have to jump into the tub/shower after every BM.
I do not have a bidet, any suggestions?

On the bright side, you have the fat cells for 450 lbs. It will be easy to gain it ALL back.
