I have to say my appreciation for my own gain, maybe innate. I'm an FA, my wife is over two hundred pounds, and I'm about forty pounds overweight. I love the feel of my belly lying on my thighs and sticking out my belly is a joy.

I really don't like to post my stories on this site. The character limits are very annoying. I just tried to add a story. Part of it got cut off, over the limit. When I went to post the remainder, it was too small, less than 2000 characters. It was such a hassle, I just deleted it.
I rarely have issues up loading stories to deviant art, only the very longest stories have to be broken down into chapters.
This just makes it a much slower process to upload, sorry.

I don't know about Great Briton or Europe in general, but in the US, we have an ageing population, which is far more prone to become overweight. I'm a casual gainer, deliberate sometimes, but truly it is a lot harder to keep the pounds off as I age. I'm still quite active, but I still gain very easily.

I do have a firm, round, bulging belly, but I'm afraid it is as much a matter of genetics as what you may or may not eat and how much. Sorry.

There may also be a genetic disposition to stretch marks. I have been gaining and I have totally avoided getting stretch marks. I have only gained around fifteen pounds, but I have rapidly gained several pounds in a matter of days. I'm quite old, so I do gain easily.

Sounds like a great day to me. I have eaten over 3500 cals. in a single meal. I don't think it is that difficult to eat over 5000 calories a day. Especially if you drink a lot of sweetened regular soda. It adds hundreds of calories, and not very filling. Good luck.

I would say to you, all of the above.
My own gains have been visceral fat, around the organs in my abdomen. I have a very firm, though bulging belly. Good luck.

I still do. I�m bulking up, even if adds some sweet fat rolls

the only thing I refuse to do is run.
I still do sit-ups four mornings a week, push ups two mornings and run everyday, unless we are up at our house in the mountain. I'm at 220 lbs. now, I got up to 230 lbs. last summer and I didn't like how it effected my physical activity. Still about forty pounds overweight.
