How much have you gained in quarantine?

I've gained around 35-40 pounds since March!

Is there a scientific way to gain weight (fat) while not decreasing overall health?

Well during my gain I've tried not to consume too much sugar/carbs and still eat somewhat healthy and I've also worked out while still getting in as many calories as possible, and my only big unhealthy habit is heavy cream. I'd like to think I've stayed pretty healthy during my gain as I haven't developed any noticeable health issues. I think health problems are pretty much unavoidable once you start getting into the 300's but I could be wrong.

Heavy cream is very sneaky

Zdude:
do you think a full quart is too much? Or should I give it a try? And yes 1/2 quart is 1pint I know, lol, I wanting to drink a full quart[/quote]

I think a quart is fine. I've done a whole gallon in a day a few times, but people react differently to heavy cream.

Interested in gaining

I was in a similar situation, not too long ago I was underweight at 125 pounds and had a super fast metabolism, and now I'm overweight at 190 pounds. For me, if I wanted to go back I could, over the summer alone I lost 25 pounds without even trying to lose weight, I just was just eating less, and I gained it all back pretty quickly when I started eating more. A 30 pound weight gain would likely not pose any health problems, not until you start gaining a lot more. I say go for it! I've gained over 60 pounds and haven't regretted it at all, in fact I'm still wanting to gain at least another 40 pounds.
