What's it like to weigh 300
It was better than weighing 400 because i could move freely and was independant.
at 200 i was fat and struggled as i got closer to 300 i had to give up on tying shoes and bras.

just take in more calories than yo uexpend.
i gained my most with shakes
take a cake or brownie mix... they are cheap.
mix them with extra whole mile and extra oil and butter
