I got 4 big chicken drum.sticks 2 egg bacon muffins 4 fried dumsum and 4 potato cakes ate it all and now just are two big bowls of rice and curry sausages help on it way with over a litre of milk. Now sitting at my desk with my belly plenty full.

I have found that like eating boiled chicken meat with rice. I add sauce of choice like Nandos , curry or some cream. I can eat bowls of this it easy to make in bulk and freeze.

Just had breakfast 80 Aus dollars of McDonald’s in one go, not full. Two breakfast burgers, two egg bacon muffins, 4 hash browns, 4 apple pies, one large shake and coffee. Water to help it go down, one litre. Weight now 547 lbs.
