Went to the doctor, it’s plantar’s fasciitis so I’ve got some otc inserts for it and that’s helping some but I’m going to at some point have to go to a podiatrist and have customer soles molded.

So I am managing to keep some fat from disappearing during the work week and this is how:
4:45 - heavy cream gainer shake
6:30 - fast food breakfast
7:30 ...
