Taking the plunge?
It’ll tend to come with age anyway. When i hit my 30s, I saw my fit expand into the visceral beer/food belly I have today. As a guy, it makes me feel more my age anyway :-)

Well, the belly buttons I see the most in person are mine and my wife’s.
I had an “inner” navel but it seems to be ever-so-slightly shrinking as my belly has gotten larger in recent years...

Weight loss drugs and their implications
It’s pretty bad right now with this. Folks for whom those meds were truly intended can’t get them now. People need to just let themselves get fat if that’s how their body reacts to food!
