Depends on the location. Wife and I were accepted most places we went while we dated. Course, we live in a state full of chubby and fat people. So it was easier.

Wife and I do it occasionally 👍😁 Course her belly is much bigger than mine, so it’s more of a “contrast” situation 😁

Half and half cream is also a good addition for gaining, and usually a bit less pricey than heavy cream.

It’s certainly not stopping anyone around here from eating to their soul’s content 👍 My wife and I are a combined 560 pounds or so and don’t plan on stopping indulging anytime soon!

Revisiting the OP’s listing of a few years ago, I’d guess I’m a 4, though it doesn’t specify “ball belly” status like mine. My wife is a solid 7 now, at a smidge above 350 pounds.
