Well I arrived at my new home weighing in at 217 pounds which is a pretty nice gain if I do say so myself. Which I do.
Of course I’ll probably burn it all off moving furniture and lifting boxes...

Sorry it’s been so long. Was bigger but then lost some and am now 208.2 which is better than before but not enough

Went to the doctor, it’s plantar’s fasciitis so I’ve got some otc inserts for it and that’s helping some but I’m going to at some point have to go to a podiatrist and have customer soles molded.

Why does this keep happening! I kept the same eating habits that got me up to 210 last week but somehow managed to drop to 207? WTH, scale?
